These terms govern your use of Wise Habbit (wisehabbit.app), operated by ClickTech Solutions LTD (trading as Wise Habit AI), company number 09899629, registered in England & Wales.

By using Wise Habbit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Wise Habbit is an AI-powered productivity app that helps you build habits, plan your day, set goals, manage tasks, create routines, and track progress. The service includes:

• A free productivity type quiz
• A paid personalised plan (one-time purchase)
• AI-generated suggestions and daily plans
• Habit tracking, goal planning, and gamification features

To access the paid features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

Wise Habbit is a one-time purchase. Once payment is confirmed, you receive lifetime access to the features included in your purchase. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

We offer a 30-Day Focus Guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund — no questions asked. See our Refund Policy for details.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app or its content
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the service
• Share your account access with others

All content, design, code, and AI-generated outputs within Wise Habbit are owned by or licensed to ClickTech Solutions LTD. Your personal data (habits, goals, tasks) remains yours.

AI suggestions are provided for guidance only and do not constitute professional advice.

Wise Habbit uses AI to provide personalised suggestions, daily plans, and habit recommendations. These are generated based on your inputs and are intended as helpful guidance. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from following AI suggestions.

We aim to keep Wise Habbit available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or add features over time. We will not remove core features that were part of your original purchase without providing reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Wise Habbit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may stop using Wise Habbit at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. If we terminate your account without cause, you will receive a pro-rata refund if applicable.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
