How to request a refund
Simply email support@habitwise.ai within 30 days of your purchase with:
- Your name
- The email address used to purchase
- The word "Refund" in the subject line
That's it. No forms, no hoops, no questions.
What happens next
- We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days
- The refund will be returned to your original payment method
- You'll receive email confirmation when it's processed
- Your account access will be deactivated after the refund is issued

After 30 days
After the 30-day window, refunds are at our discretion. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, please contact us and we'll do our best to help — including a refund if we can't resolve it.
Chargebacks
We kindly ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We're happy to resolve any issue directly and can process refunds faster than the chargeback process.
